Colder months are upon us . Soon we will be scraping those wind shields and wrapping up the kids at the bus stop. If you have not already - change those furnace filters. If you`re not familiar with the workings of you`re furnace/heater system, always consult a pro. To change out you`re systems filters and clean intake coils is not that hard, but some people get a little intimidated. It`s not very expensive at all to call an HVAC company in to do this sort of maintenance.
For all the people out there,( me included), that suppliment their primary heat with wood burning appliances, please make sure all flues/dampers/and chimneys are cleaned BEFORE you fire them up. Stay warm safely!
